The Jeff N Chris Show would like to challenge everyone of it's viewers and readers. We are starting a world wide good deeds campaign. We are asking everyone to get out and help your community. We don't care where in the world you are. Are you in Russia? Great, get out and make a difference! Are you in Oakland? Cool, make your presence known! It can be as little as helping a senior unload his or her groceries. Helping does not always mean donating money. We want to prove that to the world. Give your time. It will make a big difference. Let's influence one person at a time, that the best donation is showing you care.

This week Jeff and his family will be sitting with seniors at nursing homes. He and his family want to hear all the stories they want to share. On this weeks podcast Jeff will share some of those with you. His family is also looking at feeding some people at random. The best love of all is a hot plate if you don't have one.
